I'm now a graduate student in Marine Affairs which is more of the political aspect of the ocean realm.
What non-fandom stuff are you into: I'm currently trying to get through my last year of graduate studies which should mean the completion of my proposal and thesis which I'm totally procrastinating on. My interests at the moment lay in marine mammals and marine tourism. But I have other interests in the field as well. I would like to take a look at coastal development, the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands and implementing science into the political realm. My goal is to be a policy analyst for the government but we'll see if I can ever get there. I'm really into aerobics at the moment to try to get into shape before I hit 25. I'm not sure what else I can say, my life pretty much revolves around school at the

It doesn't matter if you're a grad student or not, it's just to state that I'd be complaining about graduate school in most of my posts. :)
