A word of encouragement to my girls!! you guys are awesome ( you know who you are) and you are growing to be very godly women and im so proud of you! im blessed to be your friends! and someday you're going to meet the man of your dreams... dont worry, you will if that is Gods plan for your life. if not, he will make you more than happy with it! just wait and see!
You are all learning to trust god with your life (including guys, which can be rough!!) and it will pay off in the end, i promise!! let me just tell you... you may think right now that god has forgotten you ... that when he paired people up, your number flew out of the hat and is drifting along the road somewhere... but you just wait!! God has something so much bigger than you ever imagined in store for you if you just trust him!
You'll see that in about two years, the guys that are going after the floofy girly girls and the popular girls right now will come to their senses. theyre gonna realize that they have to start thinking about the rest of their life and theyre gonna start to see that those girls are not the kind of girls you can spend the rest of your life with because its all surface. they will see through their makeup and fancy clothes and shallow flirting and they're going to look at girls like us and say "where have you been all my life" ( i know, a little trite, but its true) and they're going to see patience, real love, commitment, honesty, joy, and god shining through us and theyre going to realize that what they truly want deep down in their heart is something like that, not something driven by pure hormones.
That's when the men are separated from the boys. so be patient!! trust in God to lead both you and them! let them get it out of their system... but be there by their side praying for them to have purity and to let god lead their decisions. thats the best thing you can do right now, girls. just trust and grow in god and let him shape you into the woman he wants you to be, and he will provide you with what you need. He will not forget you!!
