Although I find it fantastically uninspiring, I do try to keep up with the Thelema Now podcast. Now... I hardly mean this to be taken in the sense of an attack because I don't know the guy at all, so let us please understand the following remarks in the context of a critique of his performance, and "stage" presence, but Frater Puck has the personality of a fucking hairdryer. Specifically, I mean one from the '80s that weighs fifteen pounds and only has two settings. I've never heard an interviewer so enthusiastically agree with every single word out of every single one of his guests' mouths anywhere, ever. It gets to the point where the sound of this guy saying, "yes," "exactly," "that's right," is like CLAWS on a chalkboard. The only thing more annoying is the "knowing" chuckle. You know what I mean. Whenever I hear that I assume the person is trying to cover for the fact that they're clueless. I emphasize again, this is not a reasoned assessment of the individual in question, more a characterization of how he comes off on the podcast, but godDAMN.
I get that a lot of these people, both interviewing and being interviewed, are not necessarily accustomed to presenting themselves in this style, but you have youtube. You can study how the pros do it. There's no excuse.
