Okay, okay, it's about time I drag myself out of my little self-righteous pity party and update this thing.
I don't even know how long it's been, but obviously so much has happened. The first good news? Stephanie and I realized we had been stupid for two years, and have forgiven each other and moved on. Biffles again!
The first bad news that isn't entirely bad, I suppose? James and I decided to take a break. Well, more like separate, but it was completely mutual. After being together for like, four years, you just grow apart a little bit. And after one small setback, we really are best friends. We text and talk on facebook, everything is alright. Stuff happens, and I'm just really glad we're both mature enough to remain as close as we are. I just know that it's working so well because I haven't had to completely face him yet- the one time I did see him, the aforementioned setback occurred. So I will be keeping my distance for some time because even though it was amicable, splits still suck. A lot.
The next good news is that I'm seeing my Simmons girls soon. We've all kept in touch and have this book circulating among us that is just like this giant scrapbook that we're all writing in and putting pictures and stuff. Plus we talk a lot, and Vanessa's birthday is coming up next week, so I will be traveling to Peabody to see everyone! I'm happy. It's been something to look forward to.
The second bad news is that unfortunately, I seem to have this big equation in my life that never allows me to have more than one important person in my life. In comes Stephanie, out goes someone else. Like I said, all splits suck. But I'm okay now.
Any other bad news? My car has been perpetually broken for a while, with something always setting the check engine light off. But I deal!
And any more good news? Well, I'm working a lot. That means money. That means Italy trip in March!
