It feels so good to be home again! I somehow made it through these past two weeks with bronchitis and an ear infection and came out on top! I've had lots of trouble sleeping too, so I'll be glad to be in my own bed again. And the cats! I sound like such an old cat lady, but I love my cats. All six of them. It's so strange being at school with one fish and them here- six cats and a dog. It's chaos! But I love it.
I'll be seeing James tonight, and I think Sara will be visiting tomorrow. And for Valentine's Day, which is such a stupid holiday, James said he'd cook for me. It's such a cliche to go out for a fancy dinner with roses and chocolate and whatnot. I'd much rather it be low key, like it's not a holiday at all. Because it really isn't, if you think about it.
When I get back on Monday we're going to go out to celebrate Isabel's birthday. I think she chose to go to Fire & Ice, which is this cool place where you pick all these fresh ingredients and there's a big fire in the middle where they cook a stir-fry for you. I haven't gone but Natalie has, and she said it was really good.

And now I must go be lazy!
