there is a certain satisfaction in doing three spinning classes in a day. and i thought those days are way behind me ever since work started.
and the adrenaline rush from weaving through the lunchtime traffic and the train crowds to dash back to my cubicle in the office jus 30mins after the end of the class. its always nice to see familiar faces, both for the lunchtime and evening classes today. u guys know who u r, thanks :)
oh did i mention there was a group of choir boys in the class yest evening? with their hoots and blatant singing to my favourite raining man song? pretty amusing.
so for the month of July i will haf hectic wednesdays. its all mind over body. thank goodness i haf an understanding boss who encourages and supports 'extra' activities and interests outside work. for more 'colourful personalities' in the office, she says.
