The sun shines brightly in the sky, reflected in brilliant shimmering glints like crystals off the surface of the river.
Little Kacey, a bundle of excited eyes and bouncing blond curls laughs and points at the ducks and geese as they swim and dive. "Mama, the birds are swimming!" she screeches joyously, clapping her hands.
"Yes, baby, they are. Don't get too close to the water, please. You don't want to fall in." Kara says, smiling, as he wraps his arms around her waist.
"Love you, Kara." He whispers, nuzzling her neck.
"Love you more, Zak Adama." She replies happily.
