Okay, so I haven't updated in a few weeks. So here goes. Things are better. I'm in a better mindset than I was in my last post.
I tried for a promotion at work, failed, and I'm okay with that. Someone with 18+ years of experience with the company got the job. How can I argue with that? Plus, she's all kinds of awesome at her job.
