Information Diet
This is important. I need to consume less junk information and more useful information. When I eat healthy food, my body tends to feel better, so maybe if I consume more nourishing information my mind will feel better.

Food Diet
I need to start eating healthier again. Eat less junk food, eat food made with fewer and better ingredients. I want to start a food notebook where I plan out meals for the week. That way I can try new things while at the same time actually using the food I buy at the grocery store before it goes bad. It will also provide a good source of non-redundant leftovers.
