Phones
I got a new cell phone today - after the rebate it was the cheapest one they had. All I really want out of a cell phone is a way to make calls and text messaging. Nothing else. Oh, except good reception which is the reason I got a new phone in the first place. My old phone just started getting static in the middle of calls and cutting out. Now I'm rethinking getting the cheapest phone possible. Since it's one of the cheaper phones does that mean the I won't get as good reception? Or if it does get good reception compared to more expensive phones, how long will that last? Any phone I get will probably not be built to last anyway. But maybe I should get something a bit better to begin with. The firmware also sucks on this phone. There isn't a quick way to turn it on silent mode, and when it isn't on silent, there is this annoying alert/confirmation sound that I can't change or disable. In case you're wondering, the phone is an LG CE110. Any suggestions? My provider is AT&T.
