(no subject)
well, slight change in plans - I don't think I'll be able to make it to Baton Rouge after all. Something has come up and we aren't staying in New Orleans any more and there is the possiblity of a bell choir rehearsal for Christmas Eve (just when I think I'm done with them, they slip in Christmas Eve - Bastards).
And to top it all off, my computer still isn't fixed and the LCD on my phone cracked so I can't see anyone's number. The phone works but if you call and don't leave a message, I'll never know...not to mention I can't call anyone unless I have the number memorized, which is pretty much my house and sister's cell phone. Goodtimes - it was insured and it's getting replaced, but right now it's just really a pain in the ass.
And on a completely separate issue. My sister and I have changed our flight and I'm leaving on December 31st - NEW YEAR'S EVE! Very exciting because there was nothing to do here except be hung over for a flight the next day. So, Sarah in her infinte wisdom changed it and we leave around 10 and then get to New York around 2 or so in the afternoon. I can't freaking wait. It's almost like it hasn't really sunk in that I'm leaving very soon because of all the Christmas stuff I still have to get done. But I'm sure come Dec. 26 I'll be freaking out. I'm so excited and can't wait - and apparently the house I'm moving to is very nice.
So, I may or may not be in BR tomorrow. I hope I can, but it's not lookin good which sucks. But in any case...Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanza, Happy Holidays - and a Happy New Year!
