Ok, since no one wants to put the name up, I'll do it. I talked to her already about it and got it figured out. Debbie put in her notice. It's not because she hates the job (even though she pretty much does) and it's not becuase someone pissed her off. Her daughter is pregnant and her son is planning a wedding. She would like to be able to spend time with them because each of them are going through a life chaging thing. Honestly, I think any mother would want to be there for their children right now. Anyways, she's also getting along better with her husband because she's been able to spend more time with him and she doesn't want to lose this either. However, there are certain aspects of the job which drove her over the edge. Since her family life is improving, she wants a life. As well all know, we have given our lives to Star, and Debbie is just taking hers back. She would like to be able to spend time with her family and friends. She also stated that she will miss all her friends here and that is what kept her here for so long.

When I heard I was shocked. I told her I was going to take my shoe off and throw it at her head. It sounded good at the time. However, since she explained this to me, I don't blame her in the least. I think it will be a good thing for her. She's not going to be a stranger. She'll be in to visit. I think we should all get together and give her some kind of going away party or something. Just a little something so that she knows that we do care about her. Just an idea. Let me know if anyone is interested.
