Sabres-fanatic!
Nick and I went to the open practice at the Arena this morning. After the practice was over, we hung around by the players exit. Most of the players were incredibly nice as they drove by (or in the case of Briere - WALKED over to) us and we were able to get autographs from (in no particular order):
Ales Kotalik, Jiri Novotny, Brian Campbell, Derek Roy, Jason Pominville, Paul Gaustad, Toni Lydman, Teppo Numminen, Martin Biron, Henrik Tallinder, Chris Drury, Ryan Miller and Daniel Briere.
I wish I could go to the practice tomorrow night, but I am stuck working open to close. However, I'm sure more people will be hanging around and it will be harder to get autographs, but I'd just like to see them again. I've never hung around outside their exit before, and after how nice they were today, I can definately see myself doing it again in the future!
And yes, that is ME with DANNY BRIERE!
