Come to think of it, maybe Jasmine did want to keep it quiet. As you said, he didn't want to get the others worked up over his condition. >_<;; Still, as a fan I'd want to know at least what he died of. Over-fatigue just doesn't cut it >_<;; (Ok, shutting up now. At least he's in a better place and maybe dancing around with hide, Kami, Kazuki, and Shaisuke XD)
;___; I do hope that you can share your inspiration from them to others. That would be the greatest. *is slowly working on her goals too XD* You're lucky that fans abound in the US. Here in the Philippines, there's only a small fraction of the whole population that knows visual kei/JRock. And sometimes those who get to hear about them shudder away because of conservative values/religious reasons. <-- Don't even get me started on that. Oh, so your dad's not very fond of vampires? XDD; Just don't show him the Ascendead Master PV and movies XDDD
Yeah, my classmate and I saw Kozi but we didn't get to hang around much to see him perform because fourteen-year-old kids have no business in a goth club D: This was the only picture I got from the organizers. The only thing I clearly remember is that Kozi was almost blocking the stairway because he sat down the stairs at one point, and he got mightily pissed off (well, maybe a bit annoyed XD) when there was feedback. Haha! I only found out about his live here around two weeks before he was performing. Oh, is he still doing some lives in Japan? I thought he was on "hiatus" since last year or something @_@
I don't remember them ever trying to actually pass it as fatigue, just that they said he was tired before when he was just sick. :/ Hmm, well I don't really mind not knowing. It won't change anything, and it really does make it easier to dwell on the good times. ^^ What did you think of Versailles' new pv?? 8D
It really would, and I know it can happen! ^-^ (hehe...I thrive off of self-encouragement -- we'll see if it ever amounts to anything) Yes, there are a lot of fans here as a whole, but that's probably just because it's a BIG country. I've certainly never met anyone in person here that likes JRock. :/ Ahahah, I lived in the south. :P Depending on how much of other cultures you've studied, you just may know that the south is FAMOUS for being terrifyingly conservative. It's awful. XDDD;;;; Let me think...in my small town we had the crazy family that stood outside the grocery story in head coverings and yelled out, "REPENT, SINNERS! OR YOU WILL BE BURNED IN HELL WITH THE FAGS! THE BIBLE SAYS SO!" And we had the man that waved his signs declaring that if they wanted peace, they would have to elect him so he could remove all people from other countries from our state. Yay, our very own racist pig. 9_9 And the rather famous truck that would drive around, decorated in purple sashes with a cross propped up in the back, complete with a crown of thorns wrapped around it. The sides of the car were decorated with verses from the bible about the fires of hell and eternal damnation. ... XP;;; I'm used to shuddering, close-minded people. And I don't care about them at all. XDDD
Ahaha, well... you know, I don't think he'd be too big on the devil's horns sign that Kamijo just can't seem to lay off of in his lives. XDD He's ruining everything for me. :P I don't think I've ever seen a single live song where Kamijo hasn't done that.
Oohh, that's such a great picture. *-* Excuse me, I'm going to go stare at his thigs for a few hours.... .... ....
....

....Okay, I'm back! ^_____^
Ahaha, that is so cool! Well, seeing him at all is better than nothing!! I just hope that he doesn't retire before I get over to Japan. :/ Though the chances of him actually touring during the year I'll be there are rather slim, I suppose. It's very sad. Ehehe, that's actually a cute story. XDD I'll cherish any little mention of his every day behavior. :P
Yeah, he's been talking about it in his blog for quite a while. XP I hadn't heard about it except through there, but it looks like he just wrapped up the tour. ^__^ It's promising, I suppose! He's not dead to the world yet! I start getting nervous whenever I realize how some of the musicians I love really are. ^^"
Ah, you're from South America? Now I get why your father won't like some of the visual kei stuff XD Maybe you could show him some backstage clips where they don't have costumes on, or interviews in the Visual Kei DVD volumes. Any clip that shows off their dorky side XDD
Ohhhh Serenade makes me cry. The lyrics are so bittersweet. It also made me pick up my violin again. I'm actually relieved that they're not having someone to replace Jasmine yet.
LOL, haven't been checking his blog, but thank you for telling me that he's still active!! Yeyy! I thought the last live he did was with Moi dix Mois, where he was a special guest! @___@
Hmm, not South America, but the south of America. Xp Soo...Tennessee, Alabama...those places. XDD You know, I think I'll show my dad their new PV! I was so glad when it came out, because it's really devoid of all the things he wouldn't be able to see! And...it's not music that he wouldn't like. ^__^ It's so beautiful. I kind of feel like giving them all hugs for releasing that right when I needed it. :P
I cannot even say how glad I am that they haven't replaced him. There are a million reasons why, but I am just so glad. ^__^
I hope he doesn't stop any time soon! XD Once of these days I should really spam up his inbox, demanding that he make more music or else... XP...
Do you mind if I add you as a friend? ^__^ It looks like this convo is dying down, but I would really love to keep talking to you!! :D It seems we got on well. ^__^
Oh, all right! Sorry about that XD But you said you were moving right? Where to?
Serenade @ your dad = that's an awesome idea!! It's a ballad too, and ballads hit a spot on older people. You can also show him the lyrics' translations~
LOL, I should hope Kozi doesn't stop anytime soon too! Want to hear more of his work, I really love the effects he uses. Twisted carnie music = ♥
Not at all! *adds you* :) :) I'd love to talk to you more too :)
Ooh, Alaska! 8D And I'm very excited about it! We'll be officially flying into Alaska on Christmas day. ^___^
Közi's is my absolute favorite music. I can't pick a favorite artist, but I know that it's his music I like the most. Kaya comes in at close second, and then Versailles...and then Gackt. XP But recently I've been listening to Kaya and Versailles both so much that I kind of miss Közi, haha. XD
