Yasuda Shota
1. P124: Even in JE, Yasu is well-known for his smile. It's undeniable that his charm point is his honest emotion onstage.
2. P126: During gradeschool, he would always drink milk during breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bedtime because he loves milk (so cute!) ♥ His favorite dish was curry, and he would eat about three servings if they had it. However, he really hated tofu.
3. P128: His motto being "eat the things you don't want first," he used to do his homework before going home from school because he hates homework. His favorite subjects were P.E., math (what!), and science!
4. P129: There was a time when he couldn't study a thing for an exam of some sort, and he was told by his classmate "after sad and bitter things, fun and happy things are sure to follow!" This classmate helped him study for four hours straight while listening to hard rock.
5. P130: He had a very amiable attitude and was always at good terms with his classmates. When there was an exam, he would do some last-minute reviewing and afterwards, check with his seatmates if their answers were correct.
6. P131: When asked what his type of girl was: "Looks don't matter to me much, but I really don't like girls who put on too much makeup. The natural look is way better." He also said he likes girls who are cheerful and easy, but not shallow, to talk to. Even Maru and Ryo said: "Because he's the happy sort of guy, a happy sort of girl would be best for Yassan!"
7. P132: One day when he just came back from school, he received a letter from JE saying "please come to the audition" and he was... shocked. At first he wasn't sure if he should audition, but after thinking about it, he decided to try. He was familiar with JE because he watched some JE programs with his sister, and used those programs to practice some dance steps. During gradeschool, his sister gave him handmade ultraman pajamas, which he wore almost everytime. She also gave him some JE posters which are now pinned up in his wall. He's very good friends with his sister. She says "he is so honest and cute, I couldn't help it!" There was also this white underwear his mom gave him during middleschool, which he wore until his second year in high school. (wth..!) He really treasures the things his family give him.
8. P134: Maru: "Everything about Yassan is JE-ish. His hand movements, his dance, his appearance, everything about him is pure JE!" He listens to many genres and incorporates them into his compositions. Shingo: "We're really grateful and happy that you came to JE!"
9. P138: Shingo: "When Yassan talks, the tempo is so fast you'd think he'll end up being tongue-tied. But, when it comes to ad lib time onstage, it takes him a really long time to say something, to which I'd think 'please say something~ speed up shite kure!' because he says he's really thinking of something good to say."
10. P140: Fangirls should be happy. Yassan writes back to all fanmail he gets, and he's most productive in writing them during summer. So send your fanmail to him around that time if you want a "good" reply!
