The ferengi/vulcan had lost complete control of his shuttlecraft as it veered towards starbase 668...he was going to crash...there would probably be warnings coming ovber the comm...but it was down too.  No nav, no con, he was running on inertia alone...and fast.

Supak could see the side of the starbase looming, closer, closer...

A marvelous explosion engulfed the shuttle...thank god shields worked, though Supak as he drifted into unconsciousness...

When he awoke, he found...
