A/N: OK, this is an old one. I wrote in back in.. 2003. But I just re-read it, and it cracks me up. So i'm posting it now, rather than backdating it.

Lorelai walked into the diner after parking her fully loaded jeep outside. She sat down at the counter and looked at Luke. 'Coffee.' She demanded.
Luke rolled his eyes, 'You aren't the only customer you know..'
Lorelai pouted, 'Awwww come on Lukey!' she said smiling sweetly at him.
Luke sighed, 'Fine. Here.' He said handing her a freshly poured mug of coffee.
Lorelai finished her coffee and slammed the cup down on the counter, 'I'm leaving!' she announced.
Luke grunted and waved his hand at her. 'See you later.' He muttered.
Lorelai frowned, 'No, I mean, I'm LEAVING.'
Luke looked up, 'Yes, I know, I heard you before. I'll see you for dinner.'
Lorelai sighed deeply, 'No, Luke, I'm leaving. For good...' she paused, 'I can't. I can't stay here anymore. I can't get in the way of your marriage and.' she trailed off.
Luke frowned, 'Ummmm Lore...'
Just then Rachel walked in, 'Hey Luke.' She said, kissing him on the check. 'Lorelai!' she greeted cheerfully. 'Where ya' going?' she questioned.
Luke frowned, 'She's leaving.' He stated.
Rachel frowned, 'But.. huh?'
Luke nodded, 'Yeah, apparently she doesn't want to get in the way of my marriage...'
Rachel looked at Lorelai weirdly, 'But...' and then turned to Luke, 'But...'
Luke nodded, 'I know.'
Just then, Sookie walked in, and sat down on a stool next to Rachel. 'What's up?' she said smiling at them all.
Luke nodded towards Lorelai, 'She's leaving. Doesn't want to ruin my marriage.'
Sookie frowned, 'But...'
Rachel and Luke nodded, 'I know.' They said in unison.
Lorelai meanwhile was getting confused. And it didn't help matters when Sponge Bob Square Pants walked into the diner, and jumped up on Sookie's lap, throwing his arm around her shoulders and kissing her on the check. 'Hey honey!' he announced.
Sookie smiled, 'Hey Sponge Bob.'
Sponge Bob looked at Lorelai who was staring at him in confusion. 'What's up with her?'
Sookie rolled her eyes. 'She's leaving. She doesn't want to ruin Luke's marriage.'
Sponge Bob frowned, 'But...'
Luke, Rachel and Sookie all nodded, 'I know.' They said in union.
'Oh.' Sponge Bob said, looking at Lorelai in confusion.
Just then, Chris and Max walked in, followed by Nicole.
Chris smiled at everyone, 'Hey guys!' he said. He frowned, seeing the expressions on everyone's face. 'What's wrong?' he asked.
Luke sighed, 'Lorelai's leaving. She doesn't want to ruin my marriage.'
Al at once, Chris, Max and Nicole, all said, 'But...'
And Sookie, Luke, Rachel and Sponge Bob, all in unison, said, 'We know.'
Just then Lorelai's cell phone rang and she picked it up, to find Rory on the other end. 'Rory!' she said smiling.
'Mom, you CAN'T ruin his marriage.' Rory said, without even saying hello. 'You ARE his marriage. You're his wife damn it!'
Lorelai dropped the phone. 'What?!?!' she squealed.
'AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!' Lorelai yelled, suddenly sitting up in bed. 'OMG! What the hell was that?!?!' She asked her self.
