camp carnival and move in weekend at tech
FRIDAY
so it was crazy hat day at work...and let me tell you...it was the most amazing day everrr!
alexa was joe joe the clown from some disney show, and she was the cutest thing that i have ever seen! and then john let me borrow some crazy hats so i gave those out to all of my co-workers! but man i took some great pictures, and that hat was pretty much magical for alexa because it was the best she has everrrr behaved! and i even got pictures of her smiling!
so then it was time for the all camp carnival and the parents could come...but i did the slide and bounce pit with alexa and we played a few games...then just sat out of the sun under a tent for a while and her mom came and i showed her all the pics of us and she loved them! then i took her on a tour of the school...and she said she would def. be back next year!
then i stayed after and helped clean with my group and then i took elizabeth home...
came home and was gonna clean my car but i fell asleep for like 3 hours...haha
woke up and my parents were at a party so i just hung out and made dinner, watched tv, and did laundry! what fun
SATURDAY
me and my parents left my house at 7:15 to go to tech...and we got there around 12:30...so yeah we moved stuff out of my old apartment all day! but it was great cuz i got to see abbey and mandi! yay! but we took the stuff in like 3-4 trips...but man...the tv was the craziest part...i almost broke my back trying to get it up the stairs in the new place...
but the parents got to meet ellyn...so thats cool...and my new room is going to work out great
around 8:30 we finally finished and went to the hotel to shower and then go out to eat
we went to awful arthurs down on main street and this band was playing and it was insanely loud! but the food there was really good
after that i just went back to the hotel and crashed cuz i was so tired!
SUNDAY
we had breakfast at the hotel and then got to my new place around 9:30 and started to hang everything on the walls and unpack it and such...and my room came together really great...everything seems to fit less awkward than last year so that is good...
ellyn brought the dog by so my parents to got meet cloe! she has grown up sooo much but she is adorableee but so hyper...haha
then we went and helped abbey and mandi clean our old place
then we went and had taco bell on main street then went to the book store to by my maroon and orange effect shirts...yay!
then we all walked to brooke's new dorm room and we were actually able to go inside and her room is pretty nice
we left straight from there and took 460 and some other roads home and it pourrred part of the way but we still made it by like 9:30 which was a 5.5 hour drive...not bad
then mom made some stuff for a late dinner and we watched big brother

i am in love with my campers at camp explore (especially alexa) and im not ready to leave...but going up to tech this weekend did get me excited about this school year! i hope it is a new beginning for a lot of things!
