crazy but relaxing weekend!
FRIDAY
alexa wasnt at camp today so that was kinda sad...i spent a lot of time with kara...and that was actually pretty fun
i got off at 12 so i can work the surf camp tomorrow
came home and made myself some lunch and caught up on big brother...haha
then kourt wanted me to go out to norfolk with her...so i did just that...we went out there and got her a parking pass...and then we stopped by the bungalow to pick up her pillow and blanket...and ended up just hanging out there for a while and talking with paul and yoeri...
left there and dropped paul off at the mall...then we were craving sushi so we went to yama! oh man it was sooo good...oh and this insane storm followed us there...it looked like tornado clouds...
then we went back to her house and watched garden state and waited for ppl to call us with plans...then while we got ready...us and her mom all talked to brett on the phone...haha
so then we went out to odu and went to amanda's house to celebrate her bday...and it started out a lot of fun...kourt brought us beer and then some wine her uncle made...and we just played some card games...then later paul and yoeri came...and then all of us there decided to go to another party...but right when we got there one of amandas friends felt really sick and it was this big thing trying to get her in to a bathroom...so yeah...that kinda killed the night
then me and kourt went back to pauls house and stayed the night there...
SATURDAY
woke up and realized i had to be at the surf camp at 11 instead of 11:30...so i rushed and took kourtney home then went home and changed fast...well the check oil light came on in the car so i had to take the truck...so i was running late and driving a car i wasnt used to...so i got there late...
when i got there we all tried to set up this volleyball net...hahaha...yeah...
but basically there were 2-3 surfers and hour and me and elizabeth just had to wade in the water and catch them when they were coming in...man what a great way to get paid for a couple hours...and it was great watching the kids actually catch waves and watching their faces light up! oh and it was cool cuz jacob and maggie were the lifegaurds working...so it was nice to catch up with them
so yeah...i ended up getting a massive sunburn to the one piece...haha
i drove elizabeth home and explained to here the whole drama with the work place...ha...i love my twin...ha
came home and had dinner with the family...then i fell asleep on my couch 6-11...haha got up and had some icecream and watched a little tv...then went back to bed
SUNDAY
got up at a decent time and made myself an amazing 3 egg omlet...it was great!
then i just hung out for a little and got ready for the day
i went to pick up paul and brought him wendys...hehe
then we went golfing with my family at owls creek...it was a lot of fun and we ended up getting to golf 18 holes!...i got a 102 and paul got a 98...we both did really well...paul actaully made par on some...and on the last hole was like 10 ft from the flag...and then when we were both done with the whole the ppl behind us hit our golf cart with a ball...it was scary! but yeah we did loose our fair share of balls today...haha
we went back to my house and paul made me and my mom pomegranate mojitos and my dad and him had beer...and then we all had a nice steak dinner and watched cash cab...haha
showed paul my punta cana pics and left him with a presidente! then i took him home and he gave me a much needed aloe massage...
and yeah...that was about my weekend...hehe
ps-kourt gave me ishmael to start reading...im excited!
