After confirring with the Planters® legal team, I have taken it upon myself to temporarily seize control of your LiveJournal in order to issue a cease and desist against you and your usage of the honorable "Mr. Peanut" name in your most recent entry.
Neither Planters®, nor myself are about to let you and your associates continue to besmirch my good name. My image is based upon being a well-mannered and soft-spoken spokes-peanut, therefore being compared and likened to some alcoholic college hooligan is not a comparison that my friends at Planters® and I take lightly.
We do not foresee having to contact you again. If we are forced to do so, out of your failure to comply with our orders, our lawyers will not hesitate to take legal action against you.
