Special K and yogurt for breakfast, granola bar as a snack later in the day, another snack of pretzels and cream cheese (not healthy, I know, but I also didn't have much). Topped it off with some parmesean noodles and chicken this evening but, again, a far smaller portion than I would usually indulge in. I haven't had anything but water to drink all day - not even my usual Mountain Dew.
Plus I did Sweatin' to the Oldies earlier. Yes, it's old (1988). But y'know what? It's dorky but it's a dang good workout. Plus I'm proud of me. I haven't eaten anything too horrible, I haven't overeaten, and I exercised. Now if I can do this more than a few days in a row we'll be stylin'. Bought a Lilias yoga video from eBay (.99 - I'm good with that) and would love to get the Richard Simmons tape that's like Sweatin' but with 80s music. Sounds awesome. I need a variety of stuff to work out with or I'll get bored and give up (which is what I usually do) and right now I only have those two. Also Wes has a tai chi dvd I need to try.
