I'll tell ya right now - this isn't in order. It's hard paring down my crushes that way anyway. And, as fajrdrako pointed, some of these are characters not celebrities at all. Because it is the CHARACTERS with whom I am infatuated, not the actors. I'll put links to pics of the folks too if I can find good ones. And this isn't all the folks I have random crushes on by any means. Just the ones I thought of first, really.
1. Gil Grissom - played by William Peterson on CSI. And I'm still pretending the last couple minutes of last season didn't happen, so don't start with me.
2. Lex Luthor - played by Michael Rosenbaum on Smallville. A little evil, a little dark, a lot screwed up... and yet still tries hard to be a good friend. He just doesn't have a very good idea of how to do it. The reason I keep watching the show most of the time.
3. Kate Winslet - actress. She's just amazing and beautiful, that's all.
4. Ninth Doctor - played by Christopher Eccleston on Doctor Who. Not the hottest guy you'll ever see by any means, but I can't help but love him. Just the right mix of fun and dark for me.
5. Ewan McGregor - actor. Sure, he's conceited and smokes and has a kid (not any of my favorite attributes), but there's just something about him...
6. Captain Jack Sparrow - played by Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean. I think I have more of a crush on the character than the actor. I love Johnny Depp, but he's a little pretentious for me. I think I'd rather have a torrid affair with Jack.
7. Brett Scallions - former lead singer of Fuel, current lead guitarist of The X's. I developed this crush the first time I saw the video for "Bad Day," and it was cemented when I first saw Fuel in concert. Yum! Oh, and I run his fanlisting here.
8. Jonathan Brandis - actor. Gone but not forgotten. He was my MAJOR CRUSH for my teenage years, and his acting was really maturing as the years went on even if he wasn't the poppy heartthrob he might once have been. I think I liked that even better. Unfortunately he killed himself, so we'll never know how good he might have gotten.
9. Davy Jones - singer, member of The Monkees. I don't have a crush on him as he is now, but when I was little I did a lot of watching The Monkees TV show, and my mom even took my cousin and I to the reunion tour. It was spiffyness, and I would be lax if I didn't mention him as he was my first major celebrity crush.
10. Elijah Wood - actor. My dorkiest crush by far, but I can't help it. He appeals to the uber!geek in me.
