I realized I had to start early because the peanut butter dough has to be refrigerated for three hours. So I'll just bring the dough over and we can bake it while we make something else. I've got about a cup of peanut flour left for us to experiment with, if you have any requests.
...I think I may have accidentally weaponized a cookie. I need to come up with a name. Peanutsplosion? Michael Bay's Peanut Butter Cookies?
Ah, yes. That makes sense. I have no idea what else I might want to bake though...I'm assuming here that the peanut flour has a very peanutty flavor? So whatever we use it with will need to compliment that taste...IDK! I'm sure we'll figure out something.

Well, we could do chocolate chip with it again... Or muffins or coffee cake or something? It doesn't have to be cookies. We could make Surprise Muffins where we make a peanut muffin batter and with secret jelly centers to make peanut butter and jelly muffins? Although we might need more flour for that, so we might have to cut the peanut flour with some rice flour or something, since I've only got a cup left.
I am TOTALLY calling the cookie "Michael Bay Presents: PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE!!!!!!11!!1!" when I give them out in class on Monday. :D I'll even make them a little name tag.

So I checked my muffin recipe and it takes two cups of flour. So it'll only have half the peanuttyness it should. We'll have to figure out which kind of flour to pair it with. Will you bring your bag o' flour?We'll have to steal some of Lara's milk too. Got a favorite flavor of jelly? I've got a triple-berry jam at home.
