Quick Update
Back in Oregon.
Down to 160 pounds (hooray!).
Have not worked on my Script Frenzy since leaving Canada because UBC has me jumping through hoops to apply to the creative writing department. First they wanted a writing sample, then a resume, then a cover letter, then they wanted me to re-write the resume and cover letter... *sigh* Whatever, I'm still ahead of Script Frenzy pace.
Went to H&R Block to get my taxes done since someone paid me as an independent contractor rather than an employee last year, which makes me a business, which means I had all sorts of extra schedules and forms to fill out. It cost me $200 to get them done-- but I never would have been able to figure it out on my own. :(
May have a job in Eugene lined up. Camera PA on a feature film. Could possibly get me union hours, which would let me take camera assist jobs. Will know more on Friday.
