Mainly to restore things that have been destroyed by the Heartless. We rebuild and work on ways to keep the Heartless from doing more damage. [Like that intricate security system in Radiant Garden, for example.] And... a large part of it is defending our home from the Heartless, as well.

Don't know. That's not my job. This is a committee to restore worlds we've managed to keep out the Darkness from the destruction Heartless have caused. I'm sure the King is doing the best he can.
