[There's a small, blond girl watching him curiously. A another new arrival? The moogle was right when he had said this was happening often. She notes that the red haired man looks less than pleased about all this. Understandable. Maybe she should speak up.]

It's just a moogle. He won't hurt you. In fact, most of them are pretty nice. Did you just arrive in this town?

[Nephrite startles and tries to move into a defensive stance, but the man is barely able to stand so this really doesn’t go well. He had to give up and lean back against the building instead.]

[Sorry, he will just be ignoring all of your questions. It is pretty obvious that he has no idea what it going on though, so he must be new here.]

[Namine looks a bit amused. He can't really be frightened of her, can he?]

Traverse Town. It's kind of a neutral world. Pretty safe for the most part. You seem a bit disoriented. Are you hurt?

[Finding himself in a strange place after being killed by three youma… he is a little jumpy.

But she did ask if he was hurt. The only other person to worry about him also worried about that, so he actually answers.]

[Namine is laughing at the interaction between man and moogle.]

I guess I understand why you would be a little nervous about that. [She remembers Haruka's warning that not everyone here is friendly.] But most people here are the ok sort. I'm sure a potion would fix you up. I know a shop nearby where you can get some.

A potion, what good is a potion?

Generally they are good for healing injuries. They can restore health too though. Ethers restore magical energy, but they are a little rarer and a bit more costly - at least they were last time I was aware. And hi-potions are great for severe injuries. I'd try a normal one though. You don't seem bad off...maybe just a little fatigued.

[Magical restorative potions did sound like a good idea to him. He could go there and take one… or… he did have the money that moogle had given him. Maybe he could actually buy one.]

Where can I find those?

The shop is this way. Actually, I better get one or two myself just in case.

[Starts toward the west end of the square. It's a small wooden door. It doesn't call a lot of attention to itself like the Gummi Shop though. She wonders if the shop is still run by the duckling brothers.]

He decides to follow the girl, if only because she vaguely reminds him of some one else. He is cautious when entering the building through the small door, but when it doesn‘t look like a trap he relaxes just enough to look around at the shelves. ]

[Namine senses the slight darkness of distrust in the man's heart. After all, she is still a Nobody. But she doesn't pay attention to it openly. After all, most people have a little darkness some where. He might have good reasons for being so suspicious. She's not sure what to say to reassure him though.]

[Still skeptical. He is used to being on guard and being betrayed, so he does have to make very certain this isn’t a trick.]

Yes. I'll get a few myself to take back to my room with me. [Picks out three. That'll have to do. I need to conserve my munny until I get settled here. I wonder if they have icecream in this town? I'd like to try that eventually. After I have a job.

[There was something strangely trustworthy about this girl. Maybe because she was also getting a few of those potion-things? It was enough for Nephrite to pick one of the bottles himself. ]

[Small talk as he actually pays for the potion instead of just taking it. It would probably be better not to annoy all of the locals right away.]

I must seem weird to you. Actually, there's a lot I haven't done. But now I have a chance to, so I want to. Of course, I can't just have fun with the worlds in danger. [She bites her lip.] I hope I can do something useful this time. Not just watch from the sidelines.
