...Aerith. [That's right. She was in Midgar and he had to bring Cloud to her. She was the only one who could help him. That thought seems to steady him a little - enough to keep him from staggering again, anyway, as someone takes another shot at him.]

[That thought seems to give him a surge of strength and he charges forward, destroying the nightmare-induced army grunts that dare come too close. For all of his hacking and slashing, though, they just kept shooting.]
