[Uh oh. Kain sees the text, and knows he has only moments to spare. Unfortunately, he's also aware she'll just keep after him anyway, so he's not being given much choice. It's not going to stop him from doing his typical training routines though, so he'll be in the middle of... jumping around, whenever she catches up with him.]
