[The bright blue sky interrupted only by the flutter of wings as an owl swoops out of the clouds and lands lightly on his master’s arm. The animal is treated to a friendly pet under its beak which must have been appreciated as the creature leaned closer to the hand giving it this treatment. ]

[Lizzie had spent her day tending to the Moogles and showing and refugee that might have come around. She had learnt about the places around here and it was fun to make things for the Moogles to make them look more cute to say the least. After she had finished putting a bow in what she hoped was a female Moogle she had set off to walk around, keeping an eye out just in case there was any type of stray Heartless.

Upon reaching a certain area she spotted someone she recognised.]

Ah, hello there. It's a very beautiful owl you have there.

[Looking over his shoulder to the person now addressing him. ]

I know Trabant appreciates a gracious comment from a lovely young lady like yourself.

[Indeed the bird seems to have puffed up a bit. Almost as if he has actually understood what she had said. ]

[She smiled as she watched the owl before being polite and even curtseying to it.]

Well, it's a pleasure to meet you Trabant. I haven't seen an owl in a while. I didn't even think there were any here.

He is the only one I have seen here. Strange isn’t it? That only he and I would have been able to escape the darkness.

[Trabant for his part watches Lizzie with curiosity. That was about time some one said hello to him! He approves of this. ]

Yes, but... maybe, they'll turn up some day and fight there way.

[She looks down slightly, playing with her fingers for a moment. She hoped that her family and maybe others could make it through the Darkness, she knew they could and she didn't want to believe they couldn't.]

As long as we know they can, maybe they'll come.

Light will always defeat darkness if the light is strong enough.

[He agrees and then some what more poetically adds. ]

Since all flowers seek out the light it is only a matter of time before they find their way here.

[She nods, although she didn't really understand about the whole flowers thing, but it did sound awfully pretty.]

Right! Then I will wait and hope that the others will arrive.

[Usually people politely ignore him when he starts going on poetically about flowers… so this is remarkably canon. ]

Haven’t I seen you around the castle on a few occasions?

[She nods happily.]

Moogle Assistant. I show new people around here.

Some one as bright and engaging as yourself would do very well at a job like that.

What is it that you do here?

I have taken the Queen up on her offer to look after the rose garden. It wasn’t in terrible shape when I started, but I can definitely improve upon it.

Oh really? I bet the rose look beautiful.

They do look much more polished and refined than what the former gardener had accomplished.

[… Chloé has no doubt of his skills with flowers. Forgive the arrogance. :P]

The blooms should be twice as big next season.
