[Lili knows what it's like to be left alone, and before she switches on her communicator she looks pained. As soon as the video turns on, though, she's planted a gentle smile on her face.]

It's all right. Tell me... Is this Rosa a kind woman with blonde hair? If so, you have nothing to fear.

[This honestly reminds her much of when Rosa appeared in Traverse Town, frightened and barely consolable.]

[Rydia sniffles, but those words sink in after a moment and she looks at the screen.]

Rosa has been saved from the darkness already and is on these worlds. I'm certain she'll contact you soon. Cecil and Kain are also on these worlds.

But--Golbez kidnapped her! And Kain's a bad man, too. He killed my mother and her dragon and my village and said he'd kill me!

[That's all surprising to hear. She wasn't yet aware of Golbez's tie to the others, and she can't imagine Kain doing such things.]

Kain? You're certain? He is very much a kind man here, if not overly reserved and bull-headed. I--

[She hesitates about telling Rydia that Golbez is also here, and decides against it.]

There must be some sort of misunderstanding. He'd not harm a dragon.

[Rydia shakes her head.]

It's not a misunderstanding! I saw the whole thing! Ask Cecil and Rosa!

It's all right. I believe you. I'll inquire of Kain himself.

[She doesn't think Kain will lie to her about something like this. She'll also need to ask about Golbez, in case there's a threat she needs to be aware of.]

If it would help you feel more at ease, I'll fly to Traverse Town to help you find Rosa and Cecil. It's not always a safe place to be.
