[The camera feed comes on to the sight of a young man of perhaps six, seven at the most years of age. His hair might not be quite as long as it'll eventually get, but the bangs and cat-like eyes are still somewhat similar to what they are at twenty-four. Sephiroth had gone out with the espeon following at his heels to investigate this place he found himself in, and taken the little device with him. Upon having no idea just where this was or how he was to get back to where he should be, he'd taken to studying the device and had after some time figured out how to work it properly, he managed to get the video on about the time he himself became the focus of an attack. The first attacker was taken out neatly by the espeon, who landed almost effortlessly back on its feet after delivering a fatal tackle to the small Shadow, its lavender fur almost puffed up looking, the ends of its tails moving slightly.
The device was abruptly dropped as the child ducked a larger attacker and with no more warning than a word shouted aloud, the Soldier found itself nailed by a rather powerful bolt of lightning. The attack lit up the Espeon dodging the attacks of two more shadows and taking a third out of action with an attack delivered with its tail. Seeing his companion under attack, the child briefly looks around for something and upon apparently not finding whatever it was he might have been looking for settles for using magic once again, causing something in the boy's hand to glow briefly as another word was cried out. The shadow abruptly found itself encased by ice while the espeon again dodged another attack by the remaining shadow before taking it out with a rather quick attack. The feline then made its way over to the child as if to assure it was okay and they both made their way back to the fallen device, the boy bending over to pick it up off the ground.]
Does anyone know why I'm here and not where I'm supposed to be?
I don't know what those things were...they're nothing like the monsters that I know of..
[He pauses to look down and then after a moment seems to nod to himself as if deciding something, he's moving now through the town, going back to where he woke up. He hadn't gotten attacked there, so it was likely safer than being out on these streets right now.]
If anyone can tell me how I can get back to Midgar, I would appreciate it.
