[The video feed comes on to reveal a pale-haired scarred man dressed rather fancily in black, gold and a small riot of other various colors. Yes, that is what he claims to be.

I don't know who or what it is myself.. I merely assumed it was another madman, since I can't see how mere darkness could destroy anything. It's merely the lack of lighting after all. Admittedly, it wouldn't be easy to live in...but surely it can't literally destroy in the way I've been told.

Perhaps it's not actual 'Darkness' as we know it then, people can be rather unoriginal in naming things...though that doesn't help us much in figuring out just what sort of hand we've been dealt here.
