[The video feed comes on to reveal a pale-haired scarred man dressed rather fancily in black, gold and a small riot of other various colors. The most obvious thing though is the fact he's obviously soaked, the pale hair still clinging to the sides of the scarred face despite his attempts to shove it back into a semblance of order with one hand
