Some of the drawers are ajar and Mrs. Brisby wanders over to the side to peer down into one. Not to spy, of course, but to return to small earring she had found hidden under the bed. A pretty pearl thing like this must belong to the girl whose room she was sharing, right? This drawer looked like the right place for a shiny like this. With an agile hop Mrs. Brisby dropped down into the dresser drawer, disappearing from the view of the camera.
Only to reappear in a drawer on the other side of the room a moment later. That… was strange. How did she get all the way over here? With a newfound curiosity she ducked back down into the drawer.
… To arrive here. In the sock drawer…
