Lunar new year? What's that?

To an extent, there are two calendars used in my country. One is the calendar used in most of my world, called the Gregorian calendar. It was decreed in 1582. However, some things are still done according to the calendar we used before that, called the lunar calendar because it follows the phases and movements of the moon.
