[Since Lizzie had returned from The World That Never Was, she had been more keeping quiet to herself rather than being her usual self and talking to many others. Today she was going to start going back to her yusual activities and hopefully get the Garden Festival back on track as soon as possible. I've never come across something called a warp block, but maybe the Moogles might be helpful and tell you where there is a higher chance of finding one.
