You have no potions in your world, then?

No, just regular medical stuff, I guess. Bandages, antiseptics, things like that. Surgery for the more serious or internal of injuries.

Depends on the battles, actually. Medical technology has advanced over the years and we can treat a lot of wounds granted the person in question receives the right medical attention and at the right time.

[Like the technologies of the Lunarians, he thinks. But even they had and took advantage of potions.]

What, then, do you use to heal?

...um. Ourselves? The human body is pretty good at repairing itself depending on the wounds, really. We just make sure the wounds stay clean and sterilized, stitching it if need be, things like that.

In other words, there is no magic or technology to increase the rate of healing.

Yeah.

[She sounds disappointed in that, actually. Well, there was some technology that aided in the healing process. But nothing like a potion, anyway.]

[Life without potions would be extremely difficult. It's a bit difficult to imagine it, really.]

Then I assume there is no healing magic, either.
