He's had a while to think about why it is that a Paladin was returned to their stolen world, while a Dark Lord remained free... and he hasn't reached many good conclusions while he's been thinking.]

What is it, I wonder... that makes these worlds safe. How have these worlds earned the favor of the light, that though they are beset by heartless, they are never overtaken? What is it, that makes these worlds worthy of serving as a refuge and a safe haven while all others are overtaken by the darkness, in one attack?

Is it mere chance? Or is it, [and here there is an edge of mocking bitterness to his voice,] that these worlds are truly more blessed with light?
