i love my sister!
*smiles* Having a lovely conversation with my sister right now. I have somewhat mixed feelings about her coming home for the summer. In many ways, I'm thrilled that she'll be around more often, but then I am reminded that she does not pick up after herself, feels free to invite her friends and boyfriend over whenever, for however long, and often brings home a 'I live by my rules alone' attitude from college, and I feel apprehensive about having her back at home. I just hope that we have more fun than fighting, because when we have fun, we have just the -best- time.
Me: *smiles* You know, you make me feel marvelously normal. I'm sure that makes no sense. But so often I feel isolated in some seperate demension away from everyone, but when it's just you and me having fun, I feel... so much better. I just want you to know that.
Kim: Guess what? ;p

Kim: I feel more like myself and more free to be myself with you than I do with anyone else. I can be GrossKim! And it doesn't matter. So. You know. The feeling's mutual. ;p
Kim: So, basically, I feel good when I'm with you. ;p Well, you know, except for when we're at each other's throats. ;-) But that's just 'cause we're siblings. ;p
Me: *huuugs* I love you. :-) Yeah, I know. It's really not our fault that we're sisters. We weren't given the choice. The whole 'sibling rivalry' thing was just kind of handed to us. :p
