ok, so went to band practice on wensday night was allright even tho it was late and no-one could be assed, then i went home and started spewing my guts up. 7 hours later im still going, so spent thursday in bed (sorry to anyone that thought i was online, twas my mum)

so got work today for 7 hours and then the gig even tho i still feel rough and like im gonna puke ever time i stand up! should be very intresting!
