This city was abandoned before they started plucking people from everywhere any bringing us here, so we formed our own police force. It's as official as it can get..

They do if the group actually bothers to do something. We've had issues with the stagnant police force, but I assure you I'm always working, if you need assistance with anything. Just contact me, any time.

That's a good question. Hopefully they'll improve.

If they're minor wounds, I can just bandage you. One of the things I can do with my power is heal people.
