I plan on starting on a diet... NO mORE CANDY, SWEETS, ANYTHING! I'm 240lbs, and I want to lose 100lbs, feel GOOD about myself. I got a diet plan from my friend that she has been on for 2 years, and lost 40 pounds, dropping 6 sizes and is staying that way. Or I'll just go on one and not eat as much for awhile. WEll, James doesn't want to support me in a way, and mom finally told him that I will DIE and DOUBLE my weight carrying a child, and he will lose both of us if I don't be careful.
So, starting this week, I will be eating good things, even though I'm giving up sweets, which will be the hardest thing to do. I'll eat small stuff, like an apple or banana and then have meat for dinner and vegs like carrots and stuff. Well, good luck to me then.
