The linguistic dexterity of the spambots astounds me. Did you ever read "The Great Automatic Grammatizer Machine" (I think that was the title) by Roald Dahl?

I think much of this stuff is generated by programs that try to 'crack' spam filters by avoiding the heuristics they scan for. I haven't read Dahl.
