ISP Rant
My ISP has been giving me all kinds of grief lately...mostly in the form of poor connection speed. I pay good money for high-speed DSL and all I've been getting lately would pale beside a 56k modem. This comes at a particularly inopportune time since I've just recently discovered the joys of IMing. It's kinda ironic; I was using Bitnet for communicating across college networks before legions of tweenie IMers were even born, and here I just discover this "new" means of cyber interacting. And I am simply loving it. But now my cursed ISP is dropping my connections more often than Paris Hilton drops boyfriends. Needless to say, it always comes at the very worst time...arghhhh
