Can't the paparazzi ever do anything useful? As much as I love my pretend BFF Miley (I'm not kidding--girl has roots in KY. I will cut a bitch for serious.) I honestly don't think it is a fantastic use of anyone's time to follow the poor girl and her pretty new boyfriend around the country on their bicycles when they could be stalking the perimeter of the set of the pilot of Nikita instead.
