There's a new poster out for Cake Eaters. I don't know when it's due for distribution. 57th & Irving took the release date of 2/14/09 off the site (which is sad, because V-day is seriously looming), and CakeEaters.com is still listed as "coming soon".

I think it's smart. She's the one who's going to get the attention when the film comes out. It's a very big role for her with a lot of room to stretch her acting skills, and she's coming off Twilight so she's more popular than God. It makes sense she takes up most of the poster.

I kind of liked the other poster with the blue sky and the scooter though, but I just.. Like blues better than all of these earthy colors.

My god. All my fandoms are coming together LOL. As in, Aaron starring in a movie with Kstew who's in Twilight, whom she stars in with Rpattz who is another fave actor of mine o_O It's a small acting world!

I like the poster, although Kristen needs to close her mouth lol...

IDK. I kind of like that her mouth is open because it sort of makes sense for the character. If that makes any sense.

Putting Kristen Stewart into more prominence on the poster is very smart marketing.

If her rising stock helps this movie get released, I will be very pleased.

I e-mailed the 7th Floor and 57th & Irving.

Jesse Scolaro from The 7th Floor e-mailed me back and said that they're working for a March or April release.

I think that's good. Don't they usually dump shit movies in February and put the better ones out closer to summer?

I believe so. February isn't a big month for movie releases, with the exception being romantic comedies.
