(no subject)
First of all, I just burned the roof of my mouth on over-heated beans--to the point that pieces of gum are peeling off. It doesn't hurt too bad, just a bit strange and bothersome. However, the over-heated beans were worth it because they were on-top of of yummy bread loaf that my mom brought back from Mexico City for me. I love this bread! It is from the panaderia around the corner from my grandma's house and they have such great goodies there. Every time I go down to Mexico to visit, practically every other day we head down to tbe store and bring home a feast full of yummy baked goods. My family was laughing at me because when they asked my mom what special things that she was to bring back from me and my sister, all I wanted was a piece of bread! Silly me. However, I couldn't be happier eating this bread loaf. I do enjoy going to Mexico, I do hope that I get the opportunity soon.
Switching subjects here, I have so much work to do--it isn't even funny. It just keeps piling up and I never seem to get to the bottom of the stack. I don't like being this way. I would very much like to get a handle on my work and even get ahead so I feel like I have time to breath and relax. It is my goal for today to try to be diligent and get as much done as humanly possible, because once the weekend hits, it is all down hill from there. Indeed.
I don't have anything further to talk about or report right now. I do apologize for the boringness of this entry. Well, here's to a another day of beautiful sunshine!
