Prom

Prom on friday nite was amazing, just being in an atmosphere like that with all my friends and not to mention perfect date just made the night one to remeber for a very long time. The day started out great, everyone going to the prom only had to stay for first hour, i left with jon and went to mcdonalds to get food. We ran into a bunch of people there, kevin, mario, and holly were at bagel bar west and sarah almost hit me with her cadillac in the parking lot lol. Anyways, we got food and i went to jon's house and hung out, watched napoleon dynamite and burned a CD. Afterwards i went back home to get things ready for prom. At around 1 i went to get my hair cut at the hair cuttery at the mall, i was surprised that they actually did a good job seeing as how hair cuttery has always screwed up my hair cuts in the past. It came out to 15 bucks lol, which wasnt bad plus tip and everything. Afterwards i walked around for a bit and ran into jon reice and brandon, i hung out with them for a bit then left the mall. After the mall i met up with mike, mario, schmitty, kaiser and his brother at the town gate park for basketball. We were there for a couple hours or so, we got a few games of basketball in and a game of football before everyone left. I went back home at around 4 to wash and wax the BMW, it took alot longer than i expected lol. Then during the whole thing, angel called me and i took a break to talk to her, she then tells me that she went by publix to pick up the boutineer and the corsage, but they ended up loosing our order and never made them. This wasnt very pleasant, especially since i needed to leave for prom in under 2 hours at the time, so i called publix and talked to the flower lady for a while before she actually agreed to make us something. After that i showered and got changed into my tux, i left to pick up angel around 6:30 or so. On the way there, i was at the corner of douglas and sheridan when i realized that i forgot the prom tickets at home (i know lol) so i called my mom and she brought them out to me at publix where i waited for her. Well, there was some good news, the corsage and boutineer came out great, they actually looked really good for something that was put together in an hour lol, i picked them up and left for angel's house. I got to angel's house and waited while she was getting ready, i hung out with renee and diana while i waited. Wen she was finally ready, we walked to the car and a bunch of her neighbors were all outside looking at us lol it was odd. We finally left her house a little after 7, which was wen the prom started. Wen we got to the Westin Diplomat hotel, it was amazingly huge and awsome looking. The only thing i hated was that they made u vallet the car for 10 bucks (or pay like 20 bucks to park it yourself in the parking garage across the street). Wen we were about to get on the elevator, angel said something to me and i realized i forgot the tickets again...this time in the car...that was just valleted lol. So we waitied in the lobby for the guy to bring the car back so we can get the tickets. Afterwards, we went up to the grand ball room floor where the prom took place. Almost everyone was there, which was awsome seeing as how it was one one of the last times that everyone will be together outside of school before we all leave for college. Anyways, the dance itself was cool, i introduced angel to pretty much everyone i knew there, i think she got tired of walking around to almost every table and meeting strangers lol. We took alot of pictures, i think between me and mario we have over 100, i have 43 and he had like 75. Me and angel got professional pics done (some of which came out pretty good) and took pics outside on a balcony. We didnt really dance that night, we just hung out with a bunch of people at the table and at random spots around the dance floor lol and played with peacock feathers. Angel finally got me to dance wen her mario and mike came up with a plan to get holly to drag me onto the dance floor lol, it was actually pretty fun...btw, i love your dancing holly ;) lol. Angel had to leave around 12:30 because she had to be at the doctors with renee early that morning and her mom wanted her home :/. After the prom, me mike and jon went to dennys and hung out there for a while and got some food, then drove around aimlessly for the next hour, we went to walmart lol we dont know why, we spent about half an hour there, then jon went home and me and mike decided to stop by lia's party. We spent about 20 minutes at the gate at pembroke falls talking the to jamaican security gaurd, he wouldnt let us in because we didnt know the number to her house, so we just decided to park at the gate and talked to him. After that, we drove around to the other side of pembroke falls, to the other gate where the security gaurd was cool enough to let us in, we found lia's house after a bit or driving around, it was around 4 AM. We we left shortly tho after we realized there werent many cars outside and we probably didnt know anyone that was there at the time. So we went home for the night at around 4:30.
