Mission Success
Tonight was fantastic. Entirely random, yes... but great nonetheless. I convinced Spencer to agree to crash Emily and Amy's ladies night, and by crash I mean call Amy and ask if Spencer and I can take them out for dessert and pay for their evening. Then of course I had to ask if they wanted to dress up a bit, so we did. And I wore my tux. Why, do you ask? Because I can :-) Because I can dress up for Amy and my sister, and take them out, and treat them like precious, beautiful women. Mmmm :-)
I bought flowers for Amy and Emily tonight as well. Nothing fancy, just a few flowers. Spencer didn't want to get any, he thought it was too strange. Perhaps it is... but I can love these ladies without worrying about liking them. I suppose I think it would be nice to have someone love you, even if they are just a friend that you know who is an ordinary odd guy. Even if tomorrow I'm just normal old Samuel, hopefully today I've helped you feel loved and special. I know that I felt special that these two ladies would choose to give up their ladies evening to spend time with Spencer and me.
If every week could be like this I think I could really be satisfied being single for many years to come. Although I suppose I hope it doesn't take so many years for either of them to find their husbands and get married (if they so desire).
