I've decided that I'm never moving into another apartment complex again if I can help it. Right now I'm trying to move out of my apartment complex at the end of my 'lease'. Of course the problem is this 'lease' (that I didn't sign according to my recollection and my drawers full of records) requires a 60 day notice of leaving instead of the standard 30 days required by georgia. So now the complex wants to fine me $900 for leaving. So I finally played my trump card, I asked for a copy of the signed document, which they have yet to bring me (they said by the end of the day, I guess they still have 2 hours but I would have expected them to be able to find it and copy it by now). Hopefully I can get away with the minimum of money leaving my bank account, but with my luck I doubt that will happen and instead I'll have to figure out how to pay all this money and still move into this new place with Travis. Here's hoping.
